Advice on Anger Management and Love?

I have the reputation of being angry, but I'm really sad inside. Like all French people, I am very emotional and hide it by smoking weed and generally being a jerk.





Sometimes at night I lie awake and dream of a certain dedicated underachiever that I know. I think he's amazing, but I disguise my feelings behind a mask of rage. I want to tell him that I love him.





No- I NEED to tell him that I love him. Is there a really angry way that I can do that? Every time that I try, I just wind up yelling and threatening to leave forever only to return shortly after like nothing happened.

You need some serious professional help. I know a lot of French people that would not appreciate being lumped in with you. Quit using your heritage as an excuse for your bad behaviour. Smoking pot and being a jerk are not exclusive to any nationality.





I'm not sure why you think raging at someone is an appropriate way to love them. Again, you need some serious professional help.
Sweetie, stop taking drugs to trick yourself into thinking things are ok. %26amp; honey, you were not born ';this way';. Please stop drinking, smoking, or eating things to make yourself feel better. Come to reality...it's really not bad. As a matter of fact, it rocks! Take some time for yourself. What makes you happy? Boating? Photography? Honestly, every day, do something that makes you happy. Other people will never make you happy. Take matters into your own hands. %26amp; most importantly, pray all the time. Take care...you're worth it.
first of all did you know that weed just like alcohl is a depressant. the more you smoke the more depressed you will be - trust me i know that from my own experience. then maybe try some relaxation technics or yoga. stert loving yourself and everybody will love you too.

first off... you need to learn how to deal with your sadness, because getting angry over it is not normal





second off.... shrugging off your anger as if nothing happened is not normal either.

Um, if you are known as a mad person then maybe being nice about the situation would show this person how much you mean it, that you stepped outside your box, or you could smack them and say I love you, Good Luck
You need to go to an Anger Management class and stop smoking weed. It only makes things worse.
