Hi, im 5';8 and 13 and trying to loose weight. I was gonna use 135 as my goal weight.. Your an inch shorter then me and ur saying 135 is chubby? Is it really? If it is, then dang!I would love some advice on a diet/work out for a 13 yr old girl! Please HELP!?
i'm 13 almost 14 and 5'9 and i'm like 168 and appear thin to most people. I don't think 135 is fat and I dont think you should be worried about your weight. your 2 inches shortier than me and yea 5'8-5'9 healthy weight is 140 to 135 so yea your at the minimum lol..

You should just try workouts focused on your Tummy and thighs.

Try dogg crunches were your in the doggie position and lift one left bent to the side those burn the thighs and buttocks. and some bycle crunches those should help.

Also remeber you can eat your sweets not as much though. x]

(p.s don't starve yourself)

GOOD LUCK!
